first of all they are a leader in engine technology. the issue is the emissions control and there a leader in emissions control. diesel engines continue to have to succumb to all of the mission control's. they are a leader in that and a global growth play. if the economy, the global economy accelerates, typically you see trucking as one of the year the leaders and one of the emerging markets play. and a couple other things, the stock is cheap, ten times turning down 25% from its high and on a price to book basis also attractive. cheryl: and health-care. very popular with an aging population. they don't want to go to a nursing home but stay in their home. >> this is a company that has been around since 1970. one of the oldest and biggest and quite diversified. great balance sheets allows them to make acquisitions. recent acquisition move their business to 85% private pay. that is huge. 4.8%, 4.9% dividend, looking for cash flow. this is a company that will be consistent. cheryl: a name you know very well, adp. >> it is all about stocks.
